Well, I'll be off to Taipei, Taiwan in May from 9th to the 13th. I was quite reluctant to go initially. You must be thinking right now.... AM I CRAZY? Well, you must know that I am quite contented to be relaxing and fishing here. BUT a holiday trip before I enlist to serve my country sounds enticing. CMPB has yet to sent me THE LETTER, so I have no clue if I can attend church camp which I truly hope I can.

Its gonna be the first time I've traveled a few places within a short time span. Hong Kong... Sibu... Blah blah blah
Ok, the list's not that long.

Well its good to travel once in a while. I get to explore somewhere new, experience a new culture, eats lotsa food (Taiwanese snacks!) and get to shop too!
But I seem to have lost that childhood excitement of getting to fly on an airplane or take a long bus ride to somewhere far (like Melaka?). As I kid, I could never sleep on the day before my flight. I was always so excited thinking of what to do at the airport, what free ' what was controlled by my parents' soft drinks the pretty stewardess were going to serve me. The movies and on and on. I'm still quite excited to fly on an airplane still ( the sky would fall if i didn't, i always love to fly) but I just can't seem to embrace the childlike excitement experience I used to. Its within reach, but my hands are now too short.

On a happier note,aAt least I get to drink wine and beer now! = ) Be jolly on alcohol!
